Youth Ministry

Legacy is a ministry for 7th-12th graders living in the Pratt area. We are committed to creating an environment where students experience and develop a Christian worldview that seeks to honor Christ.

 

We accomplish our commitment through two avenues: Large Group Gatherings which focus on Outreach and Smaller Group Studies which focus on Discipleship.

 

4th Wednesday of the month @ 6:30pm

Municipal Building

 

Rally is a high energy worship service with a live student band, relevant teaching, cheap food, basketball, volleyball, freebies, and games. The atmosphere is more relaxed and inviting for all students (believers and unbelievers).

 

Random Wednesdays –Starts May 5

Every Wednesday (except Rally Wednesday) @ 6:30pm

Youth Room

 

Random Wednesdays will be outreach-oriented as well. Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday will be a Bible Study aimed towards audiences of believers and unbelievers. The first study, “Debunking Spiritual Myths”, will cover the most common spiritual theories and questions in today’s culture and their biblical response.

The 2nd Wednesday will be a fun fellowship activity.

StudentLife Groups are a place where students are more deeply engaged with the Word of God. During this time, students learn to apply God’s truth to daily life and grow closer as believers and as friends.

     StudentLife MS– 7th-8th Grade

     StudentLife HS– 9th-12th Grade

 

Home Groups –Ends May 23 (off during Summer)

Sundays @ 5:30pm

Boys– Hitz’s (515 Ninnescah)

Girls– Maydew’s (601 School)

 

Students break into small groups to go through book or topical studies. The studies, which are on the level of the teen, cause them to think deeper about Scripture all while building lasting relationships with other students.
